Sold material remains in our store

We sell the goods to customer. But we have the agreement: we give an invoice to a customer but the stock remains in our store. The customer takes it in the future. Have you got any idea how to solve this issue?

hi,

you can use RUSH ORDER or CASH SALES (if he pays cash for the goods).

scenario will be like this:

1. We sell the goods to customer. But we have the agreement

1.a. create an RUSH ORDER or cash sales which creates an immediate delivery with out PGI. and the stock will be in our location only if not PGI'd.

2. we give an invoice to a customer but the stock remains in our store. The customer takes it in the future. Have you got any idea how to solve this issue.

2.a. if you use CS RD03 - out put will get triggered automatically. if you want this feature for rush orders then copy the functionality for Rush Order also.

then your issue is solved.
