Hi Experts,
Our one of the development user has locked
I tried to unlock using SU01 but it is saying that 'user is still licked'
Can anybody tell me how to unlock the user.

Its not licked, i am serious User is still locked.
Even i tried to unlock from T-code SU01, it is saying that user is still locked.
Did you see my reply above?? use SU10, not SU01 !
sangeetha.. to unlock where in the SAP world it says you cannot use su01....
BTW makes sure you are unlocking in the right client and right system

According to my knowledge
It does't matter what we use to unlock.
SU01 for individual user, SU10 for mass users.
It doesnt make any difference.

Please check in the change document for that user if it is getting unlocked or not. Do you have CUA in place? if you have UCA in place then idocs are not getting propagated correctly.

To unlock a user, you should use Transaction SU10.
You cannot do it from SU01.
