Dear All,

Can any one guide me on Travel Advance, (PTRA_WEB_ADVANCES_SAVE). i want to know what are the input data for bellow fields ;-

Period Number,

Period Version,

Trip_Action,

Trip Component,

Language,

Advances

pls let me know from where we will get the input Data for those fields,(or pls guide me on what output data we can enter as Period Version, Trip Component.

This task is related to Travel Management.

Below is the name of the function module(BAPI) to create advances for the trip. I need to know the proper input data for this.

Go to transaction SE37, then enter the BAPI name (PTRA_WEB_ADVANCES_SAVE) and click on display. Then choose u201CIMPORTu201D parameters & press F8 (Test/execute), now you can see the following fields .

Period Number,

Period Version,

Trip_Action,

Trip Component,

Language,

Advances

I just wanted to know what are the Values(Input datas) we can enter for these fields u2026
