Processing exception during a "UsageRights" operation

Adobe interactive form application in our company started getting below run time exception for few users

com.sap.tc.webdynpro.pdfobject.core.PDFDocumentRuntimeException: processing exception during a "UsageRights" operation.

It is still working fine on my system, only few users system are getting this issue, there are no recent changes are the server side or to the application.

Any clues?

Please check that your credential file is installed correctly (also check it's not expired).

I think the credential is out of date.
