Hello,

we have a roll out to be undertaken for the Swedish market. we will be covering the requirements from the client in various meetings. my questions are:-

a) we will be taking the notes of the minutes of meetings with the client. Is there any particular format we should design or should we take general notes for the business process ?Are there any tools involved. Can someone pls expain the same by means of an example ! For example we will discuss about sales orders . How should we cover the same ?

b) from the meetings, how should we translate the requirments into the blue print document. Are there any methods/tools to convert the notes taken from meetings to bluepirnt doc.

c) How the config document is prepared from the blueprint document. Are there any tools available ? Do we have to create an excel sheet for every process and indicate the config path in the excel sheet and we have to maintain the status of each config while actually doing config ??

regds

Each organisation / Client have different format for documentation, which needs to be followed.

As concerned of taking notes in the meeting, it is important that in workshops / meetings, try to have discussion in an appropriate manner, such that the discussion is on relevant topic and try to cover even minute details if posible. This will assist in creating a good solution, which will meet the requirement of the client.

Also try to offer a solution in standard, as much as possible, in which you may have to convince a client that some functionality may not be available.
