i'm try to config service desk on solman 4.0,
Case. : Implement BC - SET
when i try to implement BC-SET ih ave some problem ,
but the problem will be solve with SAP Note 914345
BC Set Activation: Short dump activation links
in this note i must implement SAPKB7000-SAP Basis
Component, when i try to implement this support
package i have some message problem <b>" conflicts
between the Add-On ST release 400 and the Support
Package SAPKB70007 "</b>
current support package on our system is :

Hi echo,
You also have to implement the corresponding CRTs of ST-400 for the packages you want to import. You could find them in sap marketplace ("My Company's Application Components" -> SAP SOLUTION MANAGER" -> SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 4.0" -> Entry by Component" -> SAP Solution Manager -> "ST 400")

the solution Solve after we implement support package
ST level 4
SAP_BASIS level 7
and then i can continue with BC- SET Service DESK
i have some question before or after we implement BC Sets for Service Desk, there any setting or customizing ??

Install latest SPs.
Try again with 'expert mode' and ' overwrite'.
(try only,if it is no problem for you in your system to do it again).
Check still error or only warning messages occur.
But pay attention that once if you activate the BC sets the settings may be written in all the clients for client dep. tables.(when all clients being on the same box)any no. of times whenever you activate again.
if you do not want to to write in all the clients you may take care appropriately with settings of client control/box.

I am trying to install Support Package SAPKB70007, but have the same problem as you at begining.
I put in the queue: SAPKNA7003, SAPKU50003, SAPKITL413, SAPKITL414 and SAPKB70007 and started with the import. The process dont show errors but it keeps many time in MAIN IMPORT Phase.
How did you install all the support packages pre-requisites?
PD: I have the same component levels.

first you must install support package :
Step 1 Support package SAP_AP Level 3
Step 2 Support package BBPCRM Level 3
Step 3 Support Package ST Level 3
dont forget install the previous SP ABAP and BASIS please install one by one
after all step finish
Step upload SP ST Level 4 & SAPKB70007 and import this support package in same time.

Echo, did all of your BC Sets run completely? I had many errors, even with the latest service packs.
