Next inspection date

Hi Gurus,

i need your help for an issue i have, or maybe is only a simple explanation.

my customer wants that the next inspection date is calculated on the SLED date and not from the GR date, this is because if you produce a material on Saturday but the GR is made on Monday, in the system the dates may not be right.

i have made f1 on the inspection interval field nad read the Inspection for Deadline Monitoring of Batches, but it did not fulfill my requirement.

any suggestion? is there a user exit where i can work on it? i have tried QEVA0003 but the iclude ZXQEVU03 in it is empty.

thanks a lot for your answer

C.

The sled date and next inspection date should be calculated from the date of manufacture, not the gr. Please double check your next inspection date vs the production date. When they do the gr, they should be able to enter In the date of production as the day before and you inspection date and expiration date should then be the same if the inspection interval is the same as the shelf life vale.

it will be empty as you have give logic & your abaper has to write a code using SMOD & CMOD
