Problem in QA Certificate

Dear All,

We are facing followig problem in QA Certificate.

1. Some charecteristic display in result and UD but does not came in certificate print. We are recording result for the same.

2. in QP01 we have added decimal places but in QA certificate decimal point didn't display.

check that how the mapped characteristic to certificate profile is defined. if it does not have decimal places.. the possibility is that Quantity is not displayed with decimal places.

another check point is

you can always the place the code in SAPSCRIPT or ADOBE Program to retrieve the value accordingly.. this can be done developer

There can be any number of reasons for the problems you are seeing. But it sounds like you are getting certs printed out but some of the tests don't print out. At least that is what I understand from your post. This usually is a case where the characteristics don't match up. The ones specifed in the coa profile are not matching exactly with the ones in the inspection lot. Either a version number is different or the mic number or plant number is incorrect. As far as decimal places go, I am not what you issue actually is. For one, you can not request more decimal places than what the testis set up for, only less.
