Copy entries of a condition table

Dear all,

we have a condition type ZPR0 with a certain access sequense. In this acc. seq. the key fields in the customer.

We have maintain a couple of materials for a certain customer. How is it possible to copy the inputs of the table to other customers as well, so as to speed up the maintainance of the condition table.

Hi,

In VK11/12/13 you have in the bottom of the screen an icon for copy conditions. The restriction is that the destination must have the same fields, ie: in the same table.

You have the path for this in IMG: SPRO / F5 / Sales and distribution / basic functions / pricing / copy control for conditions. Here you have 2 tcodes.

In the first, set condition ZPR0 as source and ZPR0 as target (see the samples).

In the second, you set the coping rules, for each condition and field to field. In copy control you have some reports (RV15CC) for fields. This reports rule the screens in steps of copy conditions. You can create your own reports (eg: ZRV15CC) for fields not defined by SAP.

thru copying that condition records to all the set of customer you wish.

in VK31/VK11/VK12 - Also we can do it.
