RPM Financial views u2013 Rollup of Approved elements

We need to build a rollup structure where the financial data from elements is rolled up to the bucket financial view only if the element is approved. We configured this financial view to be rolled up with Bucket/Initiative Rollup Source Filter set as Approved items (IMG: SAP xApp Resource and Portfolio Management (SAP xRPM) - Global Customizing - Portfolio-Independent Settings - Define Financial and Capacity Views). With this setting the rollup is not working. For financial views with setting All items and Proposed item it is working.

It is also unclear for me how these Bucket/Initiative Rollup Source Filter values are connected to the status of the item. I can not find any IMG node where they are linked to the statuses or status groups.

We are using SAP RPM 4.5 (CPR Xrpm 450_700: Support package 0009)

Hi

Check if you have assigned Status for Item type.

Where you assign status, there is status group.

Im nt very sure but i suppose Status group Active refers to Approved

give it a try and let me knw if it helps!

I tested such logic but useless. Any of Item status group influence on rollup for Approved item.

We have the same problem. I gues that it is a system bag. We are going to post a ticket to the issue.
