Is there any table/view where I can see who activated/deactivated any particular workflow.

I am on ECC 6.0.
What is activated/deactivated is the "Event Linkage" (under events in menu path). Not sure if changes are logged. Maybe logged in table CDPOS (for the data element behind Activate) if not on the event linkage.
