SAP GUI 7.10 Blank Screen after Export

Hi,

We have an issue with our SAP GUI 7.10 patch level 12. User is trying to export a G/L Balance line item to spreadsheet in tcode FAGLB03. After data is downloaded, SAP GUI screens turns all white/blank. Sometimes the SAP GUI terminates automatically without any error message.

Hello AOT,

just a comment here: Patch 12 is nearly 2 years old and up to the current Patch 20 of SAP GUI 7.10 tons of crashing SAP GUI issue have been fixed. On top of that one should be aware, that version 7.10 of SAP GUI for Windows goes out of maintenance in April 2011.

So wouldn't it be a good idea to check with latest version of SAP GUI for Windows 7.20?
