No Workitem

Hi All,

I have activated standard BC sets for BRF workflow for SRM 7.0.

But when I create RFx document, the agent is assigned, but workitem not created. So didn't get notification ?

Can you please let me know how to fix this....

Yes finally it's worked. I deleted the Manager(user) and recreated Manager again.

Hi,

Please check followings.

1. Document status in BBP_PD. Is it awaiting approval status?

2. Workflow status in BBP_PD. Is it in process status?

3. Copy the workflow ID in BBP_PD and paste it in SWI1. Check the approver. Is there correct approval user?

4. Check SAPGUI inbox. Is there workitem in SAPGUI inbox?

5. Go to NetWeaver Portal UWL. Is there any WebFlow connector error?

Thanks for the response. When I create a RFx document I can see the right approver. After publish the approver is blank in the document.

Yes

2. Workflow status in BBP_PD. Is it in process status?

Started

3. Copy the workflow ID in BBP_PD and paste it in SWI1. Check the approver. Is there correct approval user?

Agent says : "Workflow System".

4. Check SAPGUI inbox. Is there workitem in SAPGUI inbox?

no

5. Go to NetWeaver Portal UWL. Is there any WebFlow connector error?

Hi ,

Check SWE2 t.code for following entries has been activated the event linkage..

ABAP Class /SAPSRM/CL_WF_PDO READY_FOR_RELEASE SRM_PROCESS_START

ABAP Class /SAPSRM/CL_WF_PDO READY_FOR_WORKFLOW WS40000014

check the SLG1 log..

check sm58 , sm22 , sm13 and sm21 ..

I have checked all the places. No errors found.

It's kind of strange when I create RFx document, I can see the approver. Once I published, the approver disappeared.

I checked the workitem on SWi1. The agent is WF-Batch. I was activated std BC sets.

Hi,

does the approver has proper authorazation role assigned into.. If you SC workflow works fine then assign the same approver as SC and check.. I think.. this something to do with authorization.. just give SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW to and check..

It means agent determination was failed. Possible root cause is approval task ID is not general task or the manager is not wearing red jacket in PPOMA_BBP transaction.

Hi All,

I have tried all the suggested options.

1. I have assigned SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW.

2. I have set "generalize Tasks" for TG 40000003 and TG 40000007

3. PPOMA_BBP set them up head of organization.

But nothing is worked. Same approver appeared when build the document, once published immediately disappear from the approval tab.

Resolver is RR_PURCHASING_MANAGER. Please check the P-Group Org Unit and a manager is there.

did you activate BC set /SAPSRM/C_RQ_600_001_SP04? what is SLG1 log shows?
