Compare Quality Results report

Hello

We have a need for compare results from early in the production process in a daily report. We need to know al the rejected results and compare them with the results from earlier of the process (by using batch used list). We can not do this analyse while recording the results because the results recording can be done parallel in time and sometimes the results are long term MICs.

Can someone guide us to a appropriate report. Thank you.

Are you using quantative or qualitative MICs?

For Quantative MIC, you may want to explore setting up SPC control chart with manual valuation.

During result recording, graphic window will open showing results from previous inspection lots (mean or std deviation)Results will be displayed for all lots from start of control chart.

You may get the history of the RR but you will not get comparison in any std report .You may have to design you own report.
