SO report Invoice/to be invoiced/received/delivered/to be delivered

Dear All,

I tried making a custom report using SQ01 quickviewer. Because this is practically showing the Sales order history for a list of sales orders I used tables KNA1/VBAK/VBAP/VBUP/VBFA in a table join (my first time)

But not for sales orders without a sales order history it doesn't show any results. I would like it to show Sales Order detail for those to.

Is it possible and how?

hi,

this is to infrom you that,

using 6 or 7 tables at a time and creating a query.

there might be two results:

1. desired out put cannot be shown by the system due to standard links in the tables.

2. affects the performance of the system,.

Indeed, but this is not my problem. The problem is that when VBFA diesn't contain a record because there is no document flow. I cannot show results from the other tables.

How could I do this?

HI

This is the major drawback of QUERY if there are no entries it wont display the data .

Its better to go for a Zee report with the help of ABAP
