Engineering change management Authorization and notification

Dear PLM Masters,

I am working on ECM first time.

I did prepare a change type with couple of user status added to it per my customer requirement.

Can you please explain me what are the next steps I should be doing to configure its authorizations status wise and also

to what sre the steps i will be doing to get the notifications goes to responsible parties for each status. Appreciate any document with clear procedure. 'vg09.sap' at gmail

Hello,

While configuring the user status itself, you can define the authorization group.

Notification triggering on the user status change I think can be done using development only.

thanks for responce, What are the sequence of steps to get authorization for the system status and user status according to the roles.
