Short dump " CREATE_DATA_UNKNOWN_TYPE" during USMM - Sys User Measurement

Getting short dump during USMM in the phase of System User Measurement.

After that step job is getting triggered but cancelling after some time with the below.

Short Dump : CREATE_DATA_UNKNOWN_TYPE

JOB NAME : RSUVM007

JOB LOG: Measurement of application 3100 ("Demand and Supply Planning")

We are at SCM SP level : 16

Searched couple of notes and tried in the system but not luck.

Let me know for more info.

Hi,

Check if you have any users unclassified. The measurement tool will fail, incase if it fails to capture the measurement data correctly. Ensure that all the user classification is done correctly before you schedule the job.

Yes, i have done the user classification.

And i have done this for all other systems and it is failing in only APO (SCM) system.

Hi Chandra,

If the user classification is appropriate, I recommend to raise a message to SAP, since there are no other possible causes for the error. They may recommend you the appropriate SAP Notes that needs to be implemented.
