PI communication channels

Hi,

In our PI landscape, communication channels are not working properly. To work with the communication channels, every time we need to restart the JAVA instance. Then only the communication channels are working fine but after certain time, again the problem persists and need a restart of JAVA instance.

Any body have any idea on this issue.

have you tried raising a customer message with SAP?

Hi

You need to provide XI/PI system version and Service Pack level or history. Else you can search for NOTES. This ( I call it as Performance Issues) happens the way the objects have been designed.

Thanks for the reply.

PI version is 700 and patch level is SP18. I have checked for SAP notes also but not helpful to resolve the issue.

Which PI version and SP do you use?
