Hi

I'm having the error "Connection failed. Make sure that Single Sign-On is configured correctly" in single sign on configuration.

This is first post so please bare with me if i'm not precise enough. Anyway this is what i'm stuck with, i believe i've accurately done the following:

1. Imported the backend system certificate into the portal

Imported the portal certificate into the backend system, both succesfully

2. Created both the - login/create_sso2_ticket

login/accept_sso2_ticket parameters

Both the SAP Web AS Connection and ITS Connection tests work. Your help will be highly appreciated.

Please check if the host names and gateway services are correctly maintained .

Also check if the u201CGROUPu201D you specified in the system object matches to the group that is active/exists in u201CSMLGu201D in your backend system . SSO will also fail if the the GROUP referred in system object is not accessible in your back-end.

Thanks,

Uday
