Regarding Item text Determination

hello,

We have maintain the text determination procedure for header and Item level.We have written text data for header level in customer master which appears on sales order, but where to maintain the line item level text so it will appear in line item in sales order.

Experts please revert back ASAP.

Hi,

it depends on your requirement, which text data you want to pull in sales order line item level. do you want this to copied from Material master, Customer master or you want to set default data which applicables to all sales order line items.

If you would like to copy from Customer Master, you have to set access sequence accordingly at item level.

in access sequence you have to maintain with text object as KNA1 or KNVK or KNVV

or

if you want to copy from Material Master - you have to directly maintain in Material Master.

or

Default text data, then maintain in Tx:SO10-

HI,

Mantain the text for each line item in the Material master, in "sales text" view".

In configuration the text procedure should be assigned to the restective item category.
