I am trying to install SAP ECC IDES on NW7 but getting following error, please help

ERROR 2010-12-03 23:21:23

FCO-00011 The step copyScripts with step key |NW_Onehost|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_Onehost_System|ind|ind|ind|ind|1|0|NW_Unpack|ind|ind|ind|ind|8|0|copyScripts was executed with status ERROR .

Kindly post complete logs also let us know if this is on Windows host ? the error message is generic displayed by simple search you can refer below link also:
