Clearing Negative Stock in 922:

Hi All,

I have an issue:

The User has transferred the stocks using 344 MVT in IM, created PCN in WM & is processed (832 qty).

He has agains transferred 416 Qty in IM without WM movements (MVT 344).

Now using 343 MVT he transferred 832 in IM & WM.

Somehow on this process 416 qty was stuck in Blocked "S" in WM and there were no postive agsinst this to be cleared.

Now current stock in WM :

922 S 416-

922 416

The IM stock is Zero.

I am totally stuck here and unable to determine the ways to clear the stocks in WM.

Can anyone help me out on this.

Do you get the chance to look in to LL01 warehouse monitor report, where you can kill the PCNs or Transfer requirements and trasnfer orders. i managed to kill few PCNs in LL01 for the similar scenario you are talking about. For your case, you have to find the open TO that creates negative stock and you have to kill that.

Hi

Find the Posting change he did incorrerctly and in MB51 find the document number it created

Then in MBST Reverse the material document and this should put the stocks back as they where

Then do the correct movement for the correct qty
