FSS0 transaction code

Hi,

When one of our user goes to FSS0 transaction code, it is displaying a group of folders in the left hand side for the assigned company code. But, the other user is not getting these nodes. We have verified the roles. Both the users are assigned the same set of roles. How to trouble shoot this screen issue?

Hi,

The left folder pane is called as Navigation tree. This happens, if the option is enabled. Recommend your user who is getting the navigation tree to perform the following:

1. Execute FSS0 transaction code.

2. Click Settings menu option.

3. Click Hierarchy Display option (1st option)

4. Select "Do not display navigation tree" option

5. Click Check mark to save.

6. Click Save.

Now ask the user to check if the navigation tree is disable.
