Deleting materails from cutomer quality info record?

Hi Experts,

We are facing two issues regarding inspection lot and customer quality info record.

1. how to delete materails assigned to customers through T-code: QV52? system is showing an option of applying deletion marg.

After applying deletion marg, we want to not appear deletion marg materail in customer quality info record.

2. how to delete inspection lots with inspection lot status LTCA from the view list of QA32 . we ahve tried with fileter option for the time being it is working. Users wants permenant solution not to appear in the qa32 output with out filter layout option?

You'll have to talk to your Basis team. Like many other objects in SAP the objects won't disappear until you archive them off and/or do a data base reorganization.

To prevent LTCA lots being displayed -

1. Create a selection profile.

2. set appropriate selection conditions

3. In selection screen for QA32/ QA33 assign this new profile. Make it standard for all users or user specific.

Go to BS42. Make a new status profile for inspection lot status filtering.

Click on status selection schema --> selection condition

In first st. prof column, put QM_L_001, corresponding status field put LTCA. tick the check box "NOT".

Save

In QA32, assign this status profile. LTCA lots will be filtered off.
