File----to----soap scenario

i have the below requirement.

My PI---client PI

In the above scenario, i have to pick the file and have to apply the PGP encryption and sent to client PI. Here my problem is how to Encrypt the file using PGP encryption.

u can use cryptic libraries to develop ur encryption module. We have also implemented PGP encryption decryption in one of our scenario using 3rd party libraries.
