Need manual push for a shopping cart to create PO

Hi,

I want to do the manual push for a shopping genetarte the PO. Here the user do not wait for approval step from the approver. Could any one please inform me the steps?

I am using Extended Classic and SRM 5.0.

Hi,

Since the requirement is related to one specific user, best way is to push the approval process via back end.

Following are the steps:

Copy SC number

Log on to SWO1

Select BUS2121 as object type

Click on Test

Then select instance tab

Paste your shopping cart number

Execute the set release option

Again enter REQNO and Initiator

Caution: When you are doing this in a prodcution environment, make sure that you have proper bsuiness approval through mail.

Yes . You can activate no approval required shopping cart template active.

It also helps to create a PO from your complete sc data .

Hi Pijush,

You can forcefully approve(release) the shopping cart through Tcode SWO1 by providing GUID. This will create a PO without approvals.

Hi. Do you mean you want to create the PO and there is no-one there to approve it?

If you use function module BBP_PD_SC_STATUS_CHANGE_WF it can approve the workflow and create the PO.
