Billing data not updated in PSA

In planning book there is a key figure u201CSalesu201D u2013 Actual billing quantity

The issue is for material 100204668 in the month of October 2010.

In October, 5 invoice were created for this material.

9000000006 15720 EA

9000001250 21600 EA

9000001543 5880 EA

9000001877 27840 EA

9000002010 4320 EA

Out of this, 4320 quantity (invoice no. 9000002010) is appearing as Sales in planning book. Quantities for remaining invoices are not displayed.

So, we checked if the data is available in PSA. For this we checked the entries in table /BIC/B0000128000 (in APO).Here we can find only one entry for invoice no. 9000002010.Entries for remaining 4 invoices is not available.

In ECC, program RMBWV313 is scheduled for every 30 min, to updated these entries in PSA. However, we are unable to check if these jobs were successful or went into error for the month of October, as old logs are deleted by the administrator.

1. Is there a was check if the update was done in month of October.

2. Can we update the data for month of October again.

I think as administrator has deleted the logs, I think its difficult to check the exact root cause of the issue.

Can we update the data for month of October again.

I think if we have data in ECC system for October, it should be possible to load the data for October in planning book. While loading the data in planning book, please give the specific date range and load the data.

Before loading the data in planning book it need to upload it in PSA. Correct me if I am wrong.

Data for the month of october is available in ECC. Can you give me the steps on how do I upload it the data in from ECC as I am from SD- Functional.
