Missing Personal value list in F4 fields

Hi All,

In Create Shopping Cart application click on Default setting link and in popup selected Account Assignment tab.

In this Account Assignment when i tried to click F4 icon on any field, the F4 screen is not showing Add to personal value list option.

This personal value list option used to display previously but now it was missing. SRM 7.0

Any inputs on this is appreciated

Hello,

In many places, the favorite (in SRM 7.0 called as Personal value list) option is not supported anymore due to technical restrictions.

Due to the many columns / complex structure (hierarchy column) in the search option, the row length is more than 255 characters.

This cannot be changed without a modification that reduces the number of columns for agents at this screen or simplify this selection pop-up.

Hence, for shop on behalf, for example, we have the "Personal value list" option, but for product category this option is not available due to technical restriction mentioned before.

Hi Ricardo,

Our Client is also looking for adding this functionality to few search helps to add this feature as it is very unfriendly to the user right now.

Can you suggest if it is technically possible to enhance the search help and include this functionality to add personal value list, say for Cost Center search help in Shopping Cart.
