N-Step workflow Approval configuration for Process-Controlled workflow

Hi Experts,

Customer is on SRM 7.0 Classic scenario and is using Process-Controlled workflow. Currently 1-step approval is configured for Shopping Carts.

Now they want N-step Value based approval and all Approver determinations should be flexible and not based on Org structure.

Could anyone please guide me as to how to configure this.

Hi,

You can use "Define Process Level", BRF conditions and Agent BADI.

What are detail requirements for workflow? If the rules and conditions are logical you can implement.
