Query on Catalogs

Hi Experts,

I am posting my query again as there were some details missing in my earlier thread.

We have 1 master catalogue and 3 procurement catalogues.

We map the supplier catalogues to the master catalogue and map the master catalogue to the 3 procurement catalogues.

All product categories are loaded and mapped in all procurement catalogues. The question is how do we limit the shop cart view so that we only see product categories with items assigned.

We are are SRM5.0 and CCM 2.0. Any pointers would be very much appreciated.

Hi,

If I remember correctly, CCM shows item count after category like Category(item count). Does it help?

Hi Masa,

Thanks for the reply. Yes this is what I am looking for -

We have some product categories which contains items and do appear on the shop screen for e.g. Chemical products(25). This is fine and no issues with it.

But we have some product categories which do not contain any line items to shop for and therefore should'nt be shown on the Shop screen like - Abrasive materials

Please note no brackets and no number here means no items loaded in Abrasive materials. This product category therefore should'nt be displayed on the Catalog.

This is what I am trying to achieve. Any clues / suggestions from the experts ?

Thanks

Rajeshree
