IF_FPM_UI_BUILDING_BLOCK does not exist in SAP provided component

We just activated the PLM WEB UI and it came with lots of WD4A components. We could not get any of them to work. I noticed after doing a syntax check on some of them, it had IF_FPM_UI_BUILDING_BLOCK under the implemented interfaces and had a big red triangle exclamation point saying does not exist. I searched OSS with no results.

Is this normal? We have NW 7.01 ehp4.

That interface should be there. Have you tried search for Web Dynpro Components with that name? Are you sure it isn't just an incorrect syntax error. Either way I think you should open a support ticket.

I checked and this interface even exists on 7.0 SP14. It is also there in 7.01 systems I checked.

Yes I know it should be there. I tried searching for IF_FPM* and only got these:

There are about 8 other interfaces on this particular component(/PLMU/WDC_MAT) and they exist.
