Collective processing of sales orders with external number range

Hi

In my current project delivery number range is external , so when i try to combine 10 sales order into one delivery using transaction VL10A in background it gives me object error because Delivery number is not mentioned

Is there any other way where I can combine multiple sales orders into one delivery where the number of the delivery is external

Can multiple line items be added in one delivery in foreground

When you are within the delivery: (menu) Outbound Delivery > Deliver Sales Order

In the pop-up window you can enter the SO items.
