Connection issue with Server

Hi experts,

we are having PI 7.1 system,this system has interfaces like frontend,backend ,managment. Wewere accessing the system through front end and it was fine.

But this system was shifted to other network and it is giving access through interface 'Managment'. when we are trying to open Integration directory,Repository from the citrix we are facing error like " Can not connect to server using messege server://hostname :8101/p4.

But when we are trying to open the integration directory,repository directly from server, it is not giving any error.

what could be the reason,please help me to resolve this issue.

make sure you have opened the required ports to access the applications.

Do test as below (if you get a blank screen as result then its working.)

telnet <server_name> port

I tested with telnet <server_name> port

but it is trying to ipaddress of the Management .and it is giving error like

telnet:unable to connect to remote host:connection refused.

please help me to resolve this issue.

This sound like a simple firewall / network issue... contact your local admins.
