Blanket PO in EBP

Hi All,

Any idea how we can create blanket PO or PO against Blanket PO on EBP side. Is there any role missing because i can't see any option for blanket PO on my EBP screen.

Appreciate any advice or help.

Hi

I dont think we can create Blanket PO's in EBP. You can create a GOA/Contracts and refer this for PO creation.

Hi,

"Blanket PO" do exist in SRM.

However, it is less developped as in R/3.

Thanks for your help. My problem is, i need to create Blanket PO in backend from EBP shopping cart. Is it possible. Or Is there any activity exist in EBP system related to Blanket PO on R/3 side.

Hi KS,

This is not an issue.

1- Activate classic scenario

2- Use role sap_bbp_stal_purchaser

3- use vertical one screen shopping cart

4- click on "create limit items"

5- fill in your SC...

6- Order and a blanket PO will be created in the backend.

Dear Yann,

Thanks a lot. I can create limit item shopping cart. One more question, after shopping cart is created it is in approved status, but it didn't created any follow on backend document. Is there any more settings i need to do. Will it pick po document type which is there for normal shopping cart?

Anyway many thanks i was trying to find this from last 2-3 days.

Hi KS,

Blanket PO = shop with limit = limit item

If you do use role sap_bbp_stal_purchaser, you will have it in your shop transaction.
