No PR/PO allowed without Availability Control

Hi All,

I want to allow users to create PR/PO only after availability control get active, which in turn get activated only after release of budget.

I have created a user status where intially PR/PO is forbidden. Now, I want to set the 2nd user status automatically to allows PR/PO, which will be activated only after availability control get active.

Let me know how we do this using ? or any alternate method.

Unfortunately, we dont find AVAC business transaction to set user status automatically. However, you can use this BADI WORKBREAKDOWN_UPDATE to set the user status automatically once the system status has AVAC.
