Dear Experts.
Can availability check be carried out after billing has happened. issue is related to retail wherein at the time of creation of sales order, quantity was not confirmed inspite of havign relevant availability check and stock. Now after downpayment and invoicing, new availability check is not getting carried out. Is it standard that once invoiced new availability check can't be carried out.
Help me out.

this is to inform you that,
an Availability Check is carried only at two stages
one - sales order level
second - shipping or delivery level.
sorry, i have not heard of Availability Check in billing.
that means this is Standard procedure followed by SAP.
