Hello experts,
I have an outbound delivery with 30 items. There are 5 inspection lot created from that outbound delivery while 2 inspection lots are rejected due to quality problem.
Because there are 2 insp lot rejected, so I can not PGI for all items in outbound delivery.
What can I do with 28 items (without quality problem) and 2 items (with quality problem) ?
Thanks
I assume you have 5 lines in the delivery (because 5 inspection lots are created)? Is this correct or do you have multiple batches on one delivery line?

Hi Marwadi ,
" 1. Have you SD team member cancel the two delivery lines.
2. This will automatically cancel the inspection lots "
--> As I mentioned, because insp lot made UD as reject, so we can not cancel insp lot by deleting two delivery lines.
"As a alternate - manually replace the rejected material, change the UD to accept.
Using MIGO u2013 move Reject material to Blocked stock or scraped. "
--> Can I change UD as reject to UD as acceptance ? Any history or report record for change ?
Thanks,

You can not cancel the Inspection lot from QM module but.
If the delivery item is cancelled. inspection lot will automatically cancel. I am not in front of system to test it right now.
You can change the UD from reject to accept. SAP will have history of all the changes. Also you can add comments in UD long text to describle hy the UD was changed.
Hi Kiran Kumar,
In outbound delivery,I have deleted items which have insp lot reject but still can not PGI.

Hi Marwadi,
We have 30 lines in one outbound delivery. We don't use batch.
5 inspection lots created from 5 lines..
3 inspection lots are accepted and 2 insp lots are rejected.
Because 2 insp lots are rejected , we can 't PGI. I am getting stuck here.
What can I do ?
Regards,

Normal process should be
For the two delivery lines with rejected lots,
1. Have you SD team member cancel the two delivery lines.
2 This will automatically cancel the inspection lots
3. Create new delivery for these lines
4. SAP will create new inspection lots.
5. Inspect and make UD
6. PGI delivery
As a alternate - manually replace the rejected material, change the UD to accept.
Using MIGO u2013 move Reject material to Blocked stock or scraped.
