Calculating sales incentive given to 5 different Sales Employee

Dear Masters

Calculating sales incentive given to 5 different Sales Employee in a sales order on the basis of partner function. Constraint SAP systme is without HR module.

Please suggest me if there is any solution and If you have steps for configuring it.

Use the functionality Sales Employee without HR.

Once this is activated it will allow you to use VPE1 (Pre-requisite is minimum HR customization of Personnel Area, Employee Group and Employee Sub Group. Here you also have an option to enter a specific sales area for a given sales employee.

Use SAP standard Partner Determination and update the sales orders with partner functions and enter the Sales Employee number here. This will track the incoming orders and also further invoices on sales employee levels.

Now you have the actuals achieved from the daily transactions.

Calculation of sales incentive > you can ask your customer either to give you the logic or this can remain outside of SAP.
