PI and EDI scenario

HI Experts,

We are having requiremnt to configure the scenarios integrating XML and EDIFACT-XML format.

Client dont wanna go for EDI AS2 seeburger adapter.

As a part of solutioning, we have suggested that the EDI file format can be put nunder xml tags ..(EDIFACT-XML) and the mapping can be done between them.

Is it possible to define the xsd for EDI file and map source and target. Is there any need for conversion agent?

Please suggest is it feasible? If not, suggestions are invited.

Hi,

Conversion agent also does the similar job like seeburger. if your clinet accepts EDI XML format, you can defined appropritae stucrure and give it to him,in this case you dont require Conversion agent.

even you can try with adapter module,but bit tricky.
