Transaction HREIC with HTTPS only

Hi,

We are running EIC in our system and we came accross an issue with the HREIC transaction in a HTTPS only environment. In our TEST ECC servers, ICM is running both HTTP and HTTPS protocol. I de-activate my HTTP protocol in SMICM to have only the HTTPS running. I receive this error when HTTPS only is active.

Short text Exception condition "PLUGIN_NOT_ACTIVE" raised.

I am not sure if i am missing some steps, i am also looking for the latest EIC cookbook, if you know the location, could you let me know.
