SRM One Client Vendor Business Partner Replication Error

Hi,

We have a new SRM One Client deployment and are trying to replicate the Vendors as Business Partners in SRM, using the Master Data Synchronisation Cockpit. We are trying to synchronise for a standard KRED account group, whose number ranges and roles have been configured.

When processing the synchronisation a Business Partner fails to be created and the following error message is displayed:

"Errors occurred during call of function module BUPA_ROLE_ADD_2"

Symptom

In the SRM-specific part of the business partner inbound processing, roles may be supplemented when you receive a partner.

When you use the mini-platform (in a One Client installation), the system may issue error message R11 335:

"Errors occurred during call of function module BUPA_ROLE_ADD_2".

The transfer of a supplier to a business partner terminates.

Hi Mike,

I think the problem is appearing due to improper roles & authorizations. The USER who is executing the task of BP replication is not having the required role; Pl. try to run the sync program with all NON-BASIS roles, I hope there will be no error then.
