Runtime Workbench: Integration engine error

Hi all,

We have completed the Post installation activities for PI 7.1. The Integration Engine <SID> in component monitoring is showing as red. The error says "Unable to log on to system is.XX.xq1XXXX in language en with user PIRWBUSER".

User PIRWBUSER was found locked. I have unlocked the user and reset the pasword once again in exchangeprofile. Restarted and checked.

The error persists.

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Rosun,

Check the SAP Note: 817920 ( XI Readiness check)

Also, clicking the Integration in the component monitoring, in the below screen will find a button, repeat self test. Click on it, to find some of the internal errors.
