Message Mapping unavailable icons

Hi

I'm following a procedure to do a 1:n mapping without BPM http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/600b455f-01cd-2b10-0cab-a50e47a8f...

This requires that one a message mapping is complete then it is saved as a message mapping template

On my system the icon is greyed out and unavailable. Actually all the icons are unavailabe

How can I access these buttons? Is there some config that needs to be implemented

thanks

Geoff

Just a guess, but I've come across greyed out buttons when I upgraded Java to an unsupported version on my client machine.

Hi

If you use PI 7.1 you should have java 6.0, PI 7.0 then 5.0. Juss work on this area. After updating your java dont forget to refresh cache.

Thnx

Hi Geoff,

1. Ensure that you have imported the SWCV in Integration Repository.

2. Check the version of the Java installed on the computer. If the version is 1.6 then degrade it check.

3. Also check whether the specified user has the roles to access.

Thanks,
