Mass Update Account group in customer master.

Hi Dear,

I want mass update account group in customer master. Around 300 customers are thair.

For Example

Cust. code Account grp(Old) Account grp(New)

x 0001 Z001

y 0001 Z001

z 0001 Z001

a 0001 Z001

how i can change. Please let me know the process.

Try the mass changes with the T.code XD99.

After that system by default pick the Old account group & system i ask enetr the new account group. when i enetr save it. account group remain same.

Please advice me.

Once you give new account group there is ICON called as CARRY OUT MASS CHANGE

click that and then SAVE it

ok. Thanks when i save it i got the error " 0010002708 : Account group in the IDoc is different"

i select the error when i clicked on long text

Message no. B1356

Diagnosis

Changes cannot be made automatically to the account group of a customer

master record.

The customer with number 0010002708 currently has account group 0001,

but the account group Z001 is contained in the intermediate document.

Procedure

Please change the account group manually to Z001 and then try to process

the intermediate document again.
