I got some error while running brtools:-

I am using RHEL5.0 and backup agent is CA Brightarch.
Please look into this.

Contact your backup software vendor, this is a backint problem and not related to the SAP system or the br*tools.
Backint is segfaulting.

is the backup agent running in the backend ? and also please check the backup device is communicating without any error

What is the permission of the backint executable? Have you also set the correct S-bit on the brbackup module? You can do this by running the saproot.sh script in the kernel directory.

Check your backint tool is available because it clearly says:
