Automatically sending mail through SAP

Hello team,

I have a query that do we have any option in SAP by which we can send a mail automatically to XYZ email address as we save the Sale Billing document(VF01) or Sales Excise invoice(J1iin). This mail may contain the saved document as an attachment or the information of the document in it.

Hi,

First of all, in tocde SBWP mantain data for distribution lists (in this option populate the email adresses).

Program the job with SM36. In SPOOL list recipient set one of these distribution list, then the system send the SPOOL as a PDF file.
