MDM catalog items not transfered to shopping cart

Hello all, I am working in SRM 7.0 and MDM 3.0

I can see materials in the catalog but when I select one of these and click on transfer items, system doesn´t transfer any to shopping cart.

Can you help me please?

Hi Rosa,

Please make sure that important customising data like UoM, Product Group, Currency are exactly the same in Catalogue and in SRM for the products you are trying to buy.

Hello Pedzi, now I can see all items in the catalog. But when I select one and click on add to cart, system throws first screen in SRM to shop with 4 steps.

What can be happened?

Hello Pedzi, I solved now the problem that not appears cart preview but I can send items to shopping cart yet.

Hi,

If you use NetWeaver Portal, please check the catalog call structure. Double check the parameter returntarget=_parent.

Is there any error message? You can check http post method with httpWatch tool, if you have httpWatch.

Hello Masa, the problem is with user Master and no password.

If I put my user and my password it works OK.

Do you have some idea how can I create this user to use in catalog connection? Authorizations, etc...?

Hi,

You can create users and roles in MDM Console. Open the repository and find the Administration folder.

Master is the default user for UI configuration. Please use User1, User2, ..
