Delivery Creation

Hi,

We have a scenario, wherein a sales order was created with 0 confirmed lines.

When the delivery due list job was running it created a delivery even though the confirmed line was 0.

My question is.....is this possible? If yes then how....

The whole analysis is done on the basis of checking the changed documents for the sales order.

The Backorder job was the culprit in our case.

Yes, of course. The process is controlled by your item category, schedule line category, and copy control settings at the line item level.
