Goods recipient - assigning userID to attribute "Requester" does not work

Hi Gurus,

In SRM7 in PPOMA_BBP when I assign an organization node e.g. O 50000031 to a requisitioner in attribute "Requester" - it works fine: while creating a new SC the search help shows all the people under the node as a selectable goods recipient.

But, when I want to assign an individual as US50000077 (or alternatively US 50000077, S50000077, S 50000077) it is not working: not selectable as goods recipient.

What am I doing wrong?
