Maintenance Optimizer Hangs During File Calculation

Experts:

During the phase where MOPZ calculates the files required for the particular session objective the activity is hanging. Process has been running for multiple hours.

Screen shows

"Select OS/DB-Dependent Files"

"While Maintenance Optimizer is calculating files, you can close the transaction window. When you open the transaction next time, you can see calculated results if they are ready.Calculating.

This MOPZ session should be calculating the files required to take our current PI 7.11 system to support stack 6. There is nothing in the log tab. We are the current SP levels in solution manager:

I see you are on ST 23 so did you apply this note yet?

SAP Note 1415315 - Maintenance Optimizer: Collective corrections for SP22.

You may have if you upgraded from SP22 to SP23, but if you jumped over SP22, or when you were on SP22, did you apply these collective corrections? If not, I would recommend applying the Note and see if that doesn't resolve the problem.

If ST400 SP23 is already installed, note 1415315 is completely obsolete, it's not possible install it.

Take a look below with the notes to be applied according with the SP of ST 400.

SP22=> 1415315, 1452118, 1461849 and 1485385

SP23=> 1452118, 1461849 and 1485385

SP24=> 1461849 and 1485385

SP25=> 1485385

Thanks for all the replies but unfortunately all the notes referenced had already been applied. I have opened an OSS problem.

Did you install the latest version of notes 1452118, 1461849 and 1485385 ?
